Do NOT use this registration form if you are applying as an Individual Artist who has applied in the past or as an Organization Contact on behalf of an organization that you think or know has applied before. Instead, email smARTDE@delaware.gov to have your username and password sent to you.

NOTE FOR SCHOOLS: All public and charter schools, and most private schools, already are registered in smARTDE. To add yourself as a contact for your school, you must email DDOA to do it for you. Please contact Kristin.Pleasanton@delaware.gov.
