Instructions
To apply for grants from the Delaware Division of the Arts, you must have an account set up in the smARTDE system. Please review the eligibility criteria below before proceeding.
To be eligible, individuals must:
  1. Be 18 years old or older.
  2. Not be currently enrolled in a degree-granting educational program.
  3. Have been a Delaware resident for at least one year.
    4. (must provide proof of residency - Delaware driver's license or DMV issued ID. A resident tax return may also be requested.)
