Instructions
To apply for grants from the Delaware Division of the Arts, you must have an account set up in the smARTDE system. Please review the eligibility criteria below before proceeding.
Submission failed due to the following:
To be eligible the university/college must:
Be based and chartered in Delaware as a public institution or as a private nonprofit organization that is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) or 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code and eligible to receive donations allowable as charitable contributions under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
Plan to apply for a non-credit program intended to serve the community (both campus and non-campus) with the promotion, presentation, production, and/or teaching of the arts as its primary purpose.
Have a stable, functioning advisory committee that meets at least quarterly.
