smARTDE is the Delaware Division of the Arts' (DDOA) online application portal for requesting, reviewing, and managing grant awards. To learn more about DDOA's grant programs, please go to the Grants Overview webpage.

NOTE FOR SCHOOLS: All public and charter schools, and most private schools, already are registered in smARTDE. To add yourself as a contact for your school, email smARTDE@delaware.gov to have a record created for you.
